Check Out Chicago’s Most Expensive Luxury Condo Apartments to Sell in December

Sales for Chicago luxury real estate continue to be good, with 43 luxury condo apartments sold during the month of December. This is despite the fact that December is typically a sluggish month for real estate, with the holidays, colder weather and the anticipation of a new year ahead.

It’s always a good idea for buyers to take a look at recent sales to get an idea of the features of a luxury condo that has recently sold at what price. Buyers can then use that information to compare with their own budget and what features, amenities, etc. they would like to see in a new Chicago condo apartment for themselves. The luxury condos sold during December ranged in price from $1 million up to $4.3 million, and had a few common denominators among them: generous square footage, location in prestigious high-end buildings, and many were also in new or relatively new buildings that boast a certain cache in downtown Chicago.
